If Trump’s DOJ, DHS, and DOD can prove the 2020 election was indeed stolen, thus Biden’s Presidency was illegitimate, then the pardons are not worth the paper they are written on.
Interestingly, DOJ Special Counsel Prosecutors are opposing Hunter Biden’s request to dismiss his indictment, rejecting the notion that a presidential pardon erases the charges against him. Special Counsel David Weiss rejects Hunter Biden’s bid to dismiss his indictment.
